About the property

Lovely new built Villa Riva right on sea shore in bay Rijeka Dubrovačka with easy and simple public transport connections to city center(10-15 minutes by bus)with 5 bedrooms, each with its own modern ensuite bathroom. Spacious terrace on top next to living and dining room with kitchen in open concept space. Frequent bus line number 1 drives you directly to center and Old town for 10-15 minutes. Bus stop is just 100 meters away. Property has private parking.

Three level house, one bedroom on ground floor with ensuite bathroom. On this level is  also laundry and space with fusball table and pool table. Next level is with 4 bedrooms, each with ensuite modern bathrooms equipped with rain showers. Third level is terrace, living room with 55“ TV, dining room and kitchen arranged as open concept. Terrace is equipped with glass fence and has amazing sea view. All day yachts, sail boats, speed boats are  sailing right in front of you. On oposite side you can see forest and on East you can see marina Komolac  with its yachts and sail boats. Early  in the  morning you can see dolphins entered  in bay  in chase for fish.

In backyards  is  heated swimming  pool  8x4 m and no matter  it is  backyards has seaview.

Near swimming pool is outdor kitchen fully equipped with sink, fridge, dish washer, glass cooking plate, barbicue and table which can be folded up to 3 meters in case of bigger group.

Private parking is on the  property, has  enough place for several cars.

On guests disposal are pool table, football table, big kayak RTM Ocean Quattro capacity 2 adults and 2 children, SUP board, smaller inflatable kayak and different toys as well.

I have berthed in front of the  property small boat 4,1 m with Tohatsu 8 hp which I could borrow you if you have license for boat and know how to handle it. Capacity is 2-3 adults, or 1-2 adults with 2-3 children.

Sea  is right in front  of  property, although is  not beach  you can swim there and jump into the sea from shore as  local people do.  I swam there many times, our children as well.

Few small pebble beaches are on walking distance 10-20 minutes, you can see them on photos.

Connections to center are very simple, very frequent bus  line  number 1 stops just 100 meters from property and drives you to center in 10 minutes, last stop is Old town with its amazing city walls. If you do not want use bus you can call Uber or some other company like Eko Taxi or Cammeo taxi, they are also equipped with 8+1 vans, so you can order bigger vehicle if you are big group.

Neighbourhood is  peaceful and safe, you can make long walks along shore where you will find restaurant Bogo(150 meters from house) and cafe bar/restaurant Vapor about 20 minutes walk. Just 2  minutes away are 2  companies renting sailboats with skipper and you can arrange day trip with them. I can help you to arrange renting of speed boat with skipper or without, for a day trip or  more.

Food stores are within 10-20 minutes walk, 4 of them. One Pemo about 300 m above property, and Pemo, Studenac and Konzum in marina about 20 minutes walk or 2 bus stops away. All 3  of them are within 300 m range from each other. You can see locations  on Google maps.
